Naomi Nelson

Meet Naomi.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Naomi Nelson is a New York based actor, writer, and visual artist.

She graduated with a BFA in Drama from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, training in stage and screen acting at The Meisner Studio and Stonestreet Studios. She continues to take acting classes at both the Terry Knickerbocker Studio and the Kimball Studio.

She loves to laugh and is interested in creating projects that have an emphasis on authenticity and improvisation.

Outside of acting, Naomi is a visual artist. She loves her job as an art teacher, teaching drawing, painting, and portraits to seniors in Brooklyn. Recently, she started a clothing brand called SAVED that reinvents old clothing by adding hand-painted designs.

Tell Your Mom I Miss Her! is a play Naomi wrote, produced, and starred in. It performed at The Tank Theater in November of 2023!
